INGREDIENTS
BASE LAYER
- ⅓ cup Ballerina Farm Raw Honey
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ¾ cup crunchy peanut butter
Mix together well. Lay in a square 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
CHOCOLATE LAYER
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 scoop of Ballerina Farm Creamy Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix in a bowl. Spread evenly over the base layer. Pop in freezer for 15-20 minutes, or until firm.
