Iced Bone Broth Hot Chocolate - Ballerina Farm

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 ½ scoops Bone Broth Hot Chocolate
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups ice, plus more as needed
  • ¼ cup whipped cream
  • Dark chocolate, for serving (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the cream until soft peaks form, about 3 to 5 minutes on medium speed. Set aside. 
  2. To a blender, add the milk and Bone Broth Hot Cocoa mix. Blend until completely smooth, ensuring all of the mix has been incorporated into the milk. 
  3. Add the ice and blend, starting at low speed and gradually increasing to high. Depending on your blender, you may need to add an extra handful of ice, depending on how thick you would like your drink. Once slightly thickened and smooth (like a slushy or frosty), pour the iced hot chocolate into a large glass or Mold Weck Jar
  4. Top the drink with a big dollop of whipped cream and shave chocolate over the top (if desired).
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
